This poster features a poetic work by Rinko Kawauchi, one of Japan’s most established contemporary artists, internationally recognised for her dreamlike and intimate visual language. The series M/E, created after her journey to Iceland in 2019, is a tribute to “Mother Earth”. Through vast landscapes and quiet everyday moments, Kawauchi reflects on the connection between the individual (“me”) and the greater whole.

Created in collaboration with Nusfjord, this partnership reflects our mission to inspire a more conscious world through the power of visual storytelling. It also builds on Nusfjord’s vision to host exceptional cultural experiences that connect guests with both art and nature.
