Shipping policy

Fotografiska shop offers delivery to all member countries within the EU.

Please note that certain regions or islands within the EU may have specific delivery conditions or longer delivery times.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 5–7 business days.
  • All orders are shipped from Sweden.
  • Delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is ready to be shipped.
  • Delivery will always take place within 30 days in accordance with EU consumer legislation.
  • During public holidays, delivery may take longer, as our print house may be closed.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package.

Home Delivery

  • Delivery to your door (up to 15 kg)
  • Cost: 99 kr

  • Depending on your location your order will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point or directly to your door.

    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

    • All costs (including shipping) are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
    • Please note that local taxes may apply to the shipping cost depending on your delivery destination.
    • No additional customs or import fees apply within the EU.
    • Fotografiska is responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to you.
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
    • Uncollected packages may be subject to a return fee according to our return policy, equivalent to the shipping cost of your order.
