Return & Refund Policy

Returns

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, starting from the day after you receive your order.
  • We will refund the product price and standard shipping.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days from the day the item has been returned to us. If the process takes longer, please contact us with your proof of shipment so we can assist you.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by you as the customer.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at shop@fotografiska.com to receive a return code.
  2. Present the code at your chosen shipping agent to print a return label.
  3. Return the item(s) within 14 days of contacting us.
  4. Pack the goods securely, you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order, such as posters and frames that are produced specifically after your order has been placed.


 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by you as the customer, unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for ensuring the item is packed securely so it is not damaged during return transport. We recommend keeping proof of shipment until your refund has been processed.


Complaints

If your item is faulty or does not match the description, you have the right to make a complaint.

  • 2 years right to complain within the EU (3 years in Sweden under national law).
  • Faults discovered within 12 months are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
  • For approved complaints, Fotografiska covers the return shipping cost. You may receive a repair, replacement, or a refund.

To submit a complaint, contact shop@fotografiska.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of both the packaging and the product.


 
Dispute Resolution

If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your country of residence.
