What can I buy in the Fotografiska online store?
A curated selection of posters, books, and home and design objects, all inspired by our exhibitions. Bring a piece of Fotografiska’s world home with you.
How do I place an order?
Browse the online store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All payments are securely processed.
You can view all available payment options in at checkout before completing your purchase.
Where do you ship?
We currently deliver to all EU member countries. Certain regions or islands may have longer delivery times.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days after your order has been shipped. All orders are sent from Sweden. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
What are the shipping costs?
- Sweden: from 69 SEK
- Germany, Netherlands, Denmark: 9.90 EUR
- Most EU countries: 18.49 EUR
- Cyprus, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Portugal: 25.49 EUR
All shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your parcel.
Can I return my purchase?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order. We refund the product price and standard shipping. Return shipping is paid by you.
Email shop@fotografiska.com for a return code before sending the item back.
Exceptions: Posters and frames produced on demand cannot be returned.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your item is defective, contact shop@fotografiska.com with your order number, a description, and photos of the product and packaging. Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or refund.
Are the posters framed?
No, all posters are sold unframed. Frames can be purchased separately, depending on availability.
How do I contact customer support or resolve a dispute?
For any questions, email shop@fotografiska.com.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may contact an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your country of residence.
